The difference between these two words is that one is a noun and the other is a verb. You may ‘advise’ somebody (verb), or give them ‘advice’ (noun).Note that the noun ‘advice’ is uncountable; this means you cannot use ‘advice’ in the plural form or with an indefinite article (‘an advice’ is incorrect - though you can say ‘a piece of advice’).
